Peter graduated from the University of Illinois and began his management career in Chicago with one of the largest privately held companies in the country. He was actively involved in sales and marketing, as well as customer service and employee development. After a successful eight years, he moved into the mortgage industry where he discovered he could make a far greater impact on the lives of his clients. Peter founded Midwest Equity Mortgage with a commitment to providing the best loan experience to each and every customer.

David Hansen

After earning a double major in economics and political science from Lake Forest College, David began his career as an investment advisor with Gruntal and Company, one of the founding members of the New York Stock Exchange. After three successful years, he moved into mortgage banking where he accumulated over ten years of sales and management experience. As an owner of Midwest Equity Mortgage, David is dedicated to finding solutions that quickly and efficiently meet customers' goals and needs.

Kevin O'Brien
Director of Operations
Kevin graduated from Arizona State University with a BA in Business Management. His extensive experience in mortgage banking has helped Midwest Equity Mortgage develop a streamlined loan processing center, which enables us to close loans faster. As Director of Operations, Kevin's lender and product knowledge provides our loan officers with the best programs and rates available in the market today.
